ADT is expanding its sales team for small business customers. You will visit client locations, demonstrate the value of our security and smart business solutions, and tailor recommendations to their needs.

We seek self-motivated, tech-savvy individuals with strong communication, relationship-building, and a proven track record in consumer or business-to-business sales. Travel within territory is required; valid license and reliable vehicle are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Will travel within territory using own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process.
• Customize each system to fit the business’s layout, operations, and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads within the territory.
