Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner, is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close new business with small and mid-sized merchants in the area. You will work with the PDM/PTM on a fast-cycle sales process using Salesforce for lead generation, analysis, and contracts.

During training you will learn our short-cycle sales approach, then set your own schedule to maximize commission upside and residuals on the business you bring in, all while helping clients run payroll more

Qualifications

Must live in area relative to job posting location.
Minimum two years of relevant sales experience.
Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, with a high sense of urgency and strong sales results.
Ability to be in the field at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Prospect new clients.
Maintain existing/prospective client records, in CRM (Salesforce) with notes and interactions.
Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments.
Continuously build knowledge of current product/services portfolio and fintech industry developments.
Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
