Job summary

Auris, a payroll and HR partner, is hiring a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris payroll solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. The role emphasizes a fast sales cycle with 100% commission upside and residuals, reporting to the Payroll Division Manager and coaching from a Territory Manager.

Responsibilities include running in-person or phone-based presentations, upselling Auris products, and maintaining client relationships via Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and reside in the job area.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Two years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Able to work in the field at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain client records in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure wins.
• Develop knowledge of Auris products and fintech trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-ones with leadership.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
