Job summary

Auris, a payroll and HR partner for small to mid-sized businesses, is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present Auris solutions, and close deals in a fast sales cycle. You’ll train with senior leaders and then operate with a 100% commission model and residuals on the business you bring in.

You will set appointments with business owners, perform needs analyses, and present Auris solutions to close sales across small to mid-sized merchants.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure appointments.
• Build knowledge of Auris product portfolio and fintech changes.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.
