Job summary

SuperCare Health in Modesto, CA is seeking a Respiratory Account Executive to drive outside sales with physician offices, hospitals and post-acute providers, focusing on ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, oxygen and related DME.

You will plan strategic calls, meet monthly quotas, build referral networks, deliver in-services, and present clinical and economic value while navigating Medicare/Medicaid rules and managed care dynamics.

Qualifications

• Graduate from high school; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years in sales/marketing of home health or post-acute care.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal and other insurances.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic planning and sell to referral sources with pre-call planning.
• Become an expert on respiratory equipment and supplies.
• Meet monthly sales goals and quotas to maximize commissions.
• Identify top referral sources (hospitals, home health, physicians).
• Call on 8–10 referral sources per day to build relationships.
• Present to physicians, home health agencies, and hospitals.
• Complete administrative duties including expense reports and reporting.
• Understand managed care trends, reimbursement, and contracting.
• Maintain strong professional relationships across care continuum.
