Job summary

SuperCare Health (USA) is seeking a Respiratory Account Executive in Milpitas, CA to drive outside sales of DME respiratory equipment and services. You will call on physician offices, hospitals, and post-acute care providers, prioritizing referrals and presenting our respiratory solutions including ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP and related supplies.

You will aim to meet monthly sales targets, build relationships with top referral sources, and deliver in-services and executive-level presentations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited high school.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or natural science.
• Knowledge in Healthcare DME and respiratory supplies is desirable.
• 3–5 years experience in sales/marketing of home healthcare or post-acute care.
• Understanding of Medicare, Medi-Cal and other insurances.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact diplomatically with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic planning and selling to referral sources.
• Become an expert on core respiratory products.
• Meet monthly sales goals and quotas.
• Identify top referral sources in the territory and call on them.
• Call on at least 8–10 referral sources per day.
• Maintain organization and follow-up with customers and teams.
• Make presentations to physicians and hospitals.
• Complete administrative duties including expenses, reports, and billing.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals and care providers.
