Job summary

SuperCare Health is seeking a Respiratory Account Executive to drive sales of durable medical equipment and respiratory supplies through physician practices, hospitals, and home-health agencies. You will manage physician and referral relationships, deliver product in-services, and execute strategic plans to expand market share in California.

You will call on 8–10 sources daily, maintain strong follow-up, and provide excellent customer service while navigating insurance and reimbursement

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in sales and marketing of home healthcare and/or post-acute care.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal and other insurances preferred.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and selling to referral sources with pre-call planning.
• Become expert on core products including respiratory equipment and supplies.
• Meet monthly sales goals and quotas; maximize commission.
• Identify top referral sources and call on them to increase patient referrals.
• Present to physicians, HHA, and hospitals on products and services.
