Job summary

SuperCare Health is seeking a Respiratory Account Executive to drive outside sales in a defined territory, calling on physician offices, hospitals, and post-acute care providers. You will promote ventilation, oxygen, BiPAP/CPAP, and other respiratory supplies to grow referrals and revenue.

You will build relationships, present to medical teams, and meet monthly quotas while navigating reimbursement and managed care dynamics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales/marketing experience in home healthcare or post-acute care preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare DME, ventilation, oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Call on physician offices, hospitals, and post-acute care providers to generate referrals.
• Meet monthly sales goals and quotas to maximize commission and revenue.
• Present core respiratory products to physicians and healthcare teams.
• Develop and manage a territory plan, identify top referral sources, and establish in-services.
• Maintain organized records, complete expense reports, and participate in meetings.
• Understand and apply healthcare regulations, reimbursement processes, and managed care dynamics.
