Job summary

SuperCare Health in Modesto, CA is seeking a Respiratory Account Executive to drive outside sales of respiratory equipment and services. You will call on physician offices, hospitals, and post-acute care providers within your territory, presenting Ventilation, Oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and related products to grow referrals and revenue.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in healthcare sales, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales/marketing experience in home healthcare.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, and other insurances; understanding of rules.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic planning and selling to referral sources, with pre-call planning, probing questions, and closing.
• Become an expert on core respiratory equipment and supplies (Ventilators, Oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP).
• Meet monthly sales goals and quotas to maximize commission and revenue.
• Identify top referral sources (hospitals, home health agencies, physicians) in territory and engage them.
• Call on 8–10 referral sources daily; establish relationships, in-services, and referrals.
• Maintain organized records, strong follow-up, and timely communications.
