Job summary

SuperCare Health, a post-acute respiratory services company, is seeking a Respiratory Account Executive in the San Diego, CA area. You will call on physician offices, hospitals, and post-acute providers to grow referrals for respiratory equipment and supplies including ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, and oxygen.

You will develop strategic plans for your territory, present to clinical staff, and drive sales goals while maintaining excellent relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, or natural science.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic planning and selling to referral sources.
• Present and train on core Respiratory Equipment and Supplies.
• Meet monthly sales goals and quotas; drive revenue and commissions.
• Identify top referral sources and call on hospitals, home health agencies, and physicians.
• Call on 8–10 referral sources daily; establish relationships and in-services.
• Provide presentations to physicians, home health agencies, and hospitals.
• Complete administrative duties including expense reports and scheduling.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital staff and care teams.
