Job summary

SuperCare Health in City of Industry, CA seeks an energetic Respiratory Account Executive for full-time outside sales. You will call on physician offices, hospitals, and post-acute providers to drive referrals for our respiratory equipment and supplies.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in healthcare sales, strong communication, and presentation skills. You will manage the territory, meet quotas, and provide excellent service while navigating Medicare and insurance rules.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Healthcare DME and respiratory supplies.
• 3–5 years sales/marketing experience in home healthcare.
• Understanding of Medicare/Medi-Cal and other insurances.
• Excellent written and oral communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Call on physician offices, hospitals and home health agencies to generate referrals.
• Meet monthly sales goals and quotas to maximize commissions.
• Deliver product-focused presentations to physicians and staff.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and provide timely follow-up.
• Handle expense reports, emails, and other admin duties.
