SuperCare Health is seeking a Respiratory Account Clinician in San Diego to cover a defined territory. The role blends outside sales with clinical duties, focusing on physician offices, hospitals, and post-acute care providers to drive referrals for respiratory equipment and services.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in healthcare sales, knowledge of Medicare/ Medi-Cal, and the ability to educate clinicians on Ventilation, Oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and related supplies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited high school or equivalent.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or life sciences.
• 3–5 years experience in sales and marketing of home healthcare or post-acute care.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, and other insurances.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outside calls on physician offices, hospitals, and post-acute providers.
• Meet monthly sales goals and quotas to maximize commissions.
• Provide education and troubleshooting for respiratory equipment and supplies.
• Develop relationships with referral sources and present product benefits.
• Document patient plans of care and coordinate with care teams.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, expenses, and schedules.
