• Work with staff to resolve customer issues and improve service.
• Plan, assign, schedule, and evaluate work of supervisors, agents, maintenance and support staff.
• Act as a change agent within the MVA and promote workflow efficiencies.
• Collaborate in a union environment and ensure policy adherence.
