Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in planning, directing, organizing, and overseeing branch operations, audits, compliance, and premier customer service.
• Collaborate with staff to solve customer problems and improve service delivery.
• Plan, assign, schedule, and evaluate work of supervisors, agents, maintenance, and support staff.
• Act as a change agent and develop workflow efficiencies within the MVA.
• Work in a union environment to support operations.
