Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, direct, organize, and oversee assigned branch operations, audits, compliance, and premier customer service.
• Work with employees to solve problems for customers.
• Plan, assign, schedule, and evaluate the work of subordinate supervisors, driver license agents, customer agents, maintenance, and support staff.
• Act as a change agent within the MVA.
• Develop workflow efficiencies.
• Work in a union environment.
