Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Experience supervising large teams and planning staff workloads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence policy and procedures.
• Two years experience in State or Federal Government.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in planning, directing, organizing branch operations.
• Lead problem-solving for customers with staff.
• Plan, schedule, and evaluate work of supervisors and agents.
