Job summary

Ideal candidates will have three or more years of leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a background in public service. Baltimore County assignments are anticipated.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing large teams and adjusting staffing to meet needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in planning, directing, and overseeing branch operations and audits.
• Collaborate with staff to resolve customer issues and improve service.
• Plan, assign, schedule, and evaluate work of supervisors, agents, maintenance, and support staff.
• Serve as a change agent and develop workflow efficiencies within a union environment.
