Job summary

WM is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to onboard, develop, coach, and mentor frontline drivers and helpers in an active field role. You will spend the majority of your time in the field, ensuring tool availability, providing feedback, and supporting onboarding efforts.

You will lead safety practices, conduct root cause investigations when incidents occur, and maintain DOT-related records. The position emphasizes continuous improvement and strong frontline relationships.
