Job summary

WM is seeking a leader to onboard, develop, coach, and manage performance for drivers and helpers. The role involves field work, building strong relationships with frontline staff, and ensuring safety standards are followed.

You will conduct daily onboarding touchpoints, review best practices, and address improvement opportunities while teaching the WM Way and regulatory documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or in lieu of a degree, High School Diploma and two years of relevant work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located.
• Driver's License required upon hire.
• Preferred: completion of WM Operations Manager Trainee program.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, develop, coach, mentor, and manage performance of all drivers and helpers.
• Spend the majority of the day in the field with frontline employees.
• Ensure tools, instruction, and feedback for onboarding and daily duties.
• Conduct root cause investigations for injuries/incidents and ensure retraining.
• Review and audit route operation documentation and safety compliance.
