WM seeks an Operations Manager Trainee to lead onboarding, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for drivers and helpers in the St. Louis area.

The role emphasizes field presence, safety leadership, and building strong relationships with frontline teams. Responsibilities include ensuring tools and feedback for new hires, daily onboarding touchpoints, coaching conversations, and adherence to WM's safety standards.

Qualificações

• Associate's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of a degree.
• High School Diploma (accredited) with two years of relevant work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard, develop, coach, mentor, and manage performance of drivers and helpers.
• Meet with new frontline employees daily to support onboarding.
• Provide timely and consistent touchpoints with frontline employees.
• Review and improve daily operations and safety practices.
• Lead by example to ensure safety is paramount.

Driver's License

Formação académica

Associate's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of a degree

High School Diploma (accredited) with 2 years experience
