Job summary

WM is seeking a field-based Operations Manager to lead onboarding, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for drivers and helpers. The role spends most of the day in the field supporting frontline employees and building positive relationships.

You will ensure tools, instruction, and feedback for daily duties, conduct regular coaching conversations, and uphold safety standards while aligning with the WM Way.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, develop, coach, and mentor drivers and helpers.
• Maintain positive relationships with frontline employees.
• Spend majority of day in the field with frontline staff.
• Document safety and regulatory records and reviews.
