BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and safety while driving continuous improvement. Qualifications

• The candidate holds an associate's or bachelor's degree in landscape or business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in the construction or landscaping industry.
• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience within landscape or service industries.
• Qualified Applicator License (Pesticide or Fertilizer) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and company systems such as FSM, BrightPath, and MFP/WAR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Execute weekly and monthly labor planning; monitor expenses and resource use.
• Source products from vendors and manage inventory and maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct audits; mitigate risks.
• Track KPIs and report performance; enable data-driven decisions.
