Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and safety across teams and workflows. You will manage staff, resources, and processes to meet financial targets while upholding policy compliance and customer service standards.

Responsibilities include leading projects, leveraging BrightPath/Power BI, and coordinating with multiple departments to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in a field-based role.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in landscape or business field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in construction or landscaping; 2–3 years in management.
• Preferred pesticide/fertilizer license; strong MS Office and company systems knowledge.
• Experience with mobile apps and field tech; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Manage staff, resources, and workflows to meet financial and operational targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and collaboration across departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Use BrightPath, Power BI and other systems to track KPIs and support decisions.
• Lead projects, coordinate with Office Admin, Operations, Sales and Account Management.
• Plan staffing, equipment, and technology capacity to meet demand.
