Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, drive efficiency, and ensure safety. You will manage staff, resources, and workflows to meet financial targets while complying with company policies.

Lead process improvements, supervise and develop the team, forecast labor needs, and manage procurement and inventory. Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality job sites.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in landscape or business or equivalent experience in a service-based industry.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction or landscaping industry.
• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience within the landscape or service industry.
• Qualified Applicator License (Pesticide or Fertilizer) preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and company systems such as FSM, BrightPath, and MFP/WAR calls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Manage staff, resources, and workflows to meet financial and operational targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and collaboration between departments.
• Lead and coordinate operational projects to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with branch goals.
• Forecast weekly and monthly labor; monitor expenses and allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee procurement and inventory management to meet demand without overstocking.
• Uphold safety, compliance, and risk management standards; conduct audits and maintain documentation.
• Track and report KPIs using BrightPath, Power BI, Leadr, and other systems to inform decisions.
• Ensure high customer service standards and jobsite quality; address issues promptly.
