Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and service excellence. Manage staff, resources, and workflows to meet financial and operational targets while maintaining policy compliance.

Responsibilities include process improvement, labor forecasting, procurement, safety, KPI reporting with BrightPath/Power BI, and cross-department collaboration to support branch growth.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in landscape or business field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in the construction or landscaping industry.
• 2–3 years of management experience within landscape or service industry.
• Qualified Applicator License (Pesticide or Fertilizer) preferred.
• MS Office Suite and company systems familiarity (FSM, BrightPath, MFP/WAR).
• English and Spanish bilingual preferred; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to meet targets and safety standards.
• Lead and develop staff; conduct evaluations and manage performance.
• Forecast labor and manage resources to stay within forecasted hours and budgets.
• Source products, manage inventory, and coordinate vendor deliveries.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management; perform audits.
• Track KPIs and report performance using BrightPath, Power BI, FSM, and related tools.
• Collaborate with Office Admin, Operations, Sales, and Account Management to support operations and customer service.
• Lead operational projects and plan for future capacity.
