Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC currently seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, driving efficiency, safety, and customer service. You will supervise staff, manage resources, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet financial targets and uphold company standards.

You will implement process improvements, lead a team, and manage labor planning, procurement, and risk across field operations while ensuring top-quality job sites and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in landscape or business-related field or equivalent service experience.
• Minimum 7 years in construction or landscaping; 2–3 years in management within landscape/service.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with FSM, BrightPath, and field systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to lead a team and foster a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Improve processes to boost productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Lead, train, and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Plan weekly and monthly labor; monitor expenses to meet targets.
• Source products from vendors; manage inventory and prevent overstock.
• Enforce safety standards; ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Track KPIs and report to Branch Manager daily; use data to drive improvements.
• Coordinate operations projects; ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for excellence.
