Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, drive efficiency and safety, manage staff and resources, and ensure financial and operational targets are met.

The role emphasizes process improvement, labor planning, procurement, compliance, data-driven decision making with tools like BrightPath and Power BI, and collaboration across departments to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in landscape or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction or landscaping industry.
• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience within the landscape or service industry.
• Qualified Applicator License (Pesticide or Fertilizer) preferred.
• Proficiency with FSM, BrightPath, and MFP/WAR calls; MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to meet financial and operational targets.
• Lead, train, and manage staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Execute weekly/monthly labor planning and monitor expenses.
• Source products from preferred vendors and manage inventory levels.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management with company standards.
• Track KPIs and use BrightPath, Power BI, and other tools for decisions.
• Maintain high customer service standards and jobsite quality.
• Lead operational projects and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Plan staffing, equipment, and technology allocation for demand.
• Collaborate with Office Admin, Operations, Sales, and Account Management.
