Job summary

BrightView Landscapes seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, managing staff, resources, and workflows to achieve financial and operational targets while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role drives continuous improvement across departments, leveraging BrightPath, Power BI, and field-management systems to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality job sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate degree in landscape or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in construction or landscaping; 2–3 years management in landscape/service.
• Qualified Applicator License preferred (pesticide or fertilizer).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Lead staff, resources, and workflows to meet financial and operational targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-department collaboration.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships to meet demand.
• Monitor labor planning, expenses, and resources to stay within forecasted targets.
• Track KPIs and report performance; use BrightPath, Power BI, and field systems to inform decisions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and jobsite quality; address issues promptly.
• Lead operational projects and plan for future resource needs.
