Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor's degree in landscape or business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in construction or landscaping industry with 2–3 years of management.
• Experience with safety, compliance, and field operations management.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement and Efficiency: analyze workflows and implement changes.
• Team Leadership: supervise, train, evaluate, and support staff.
• Forecasting and Labor Management: plan weekly/monthly labor, manage costs.
• Procurement and Inventory: source vendors and manage inventory.
• Safety and Compliance: enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• KPIs and Reporting: track KPIs and use BrightPath/Power BI for decisions.
• Customer Service and Quality: maintain high customer satisfaction and site quality.
• Project Management: lead operational projects on time and within scope.
