Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, drive efficiency and safety, and align staff, resources, and workflows with financial and service targets. You will manage a diverse team, ensure compliance, and foster collaboration across departments to support excellent customer service.

This role emphasizes forecasting, labor planning, procurement, inventory control, and KPI reporting using BrightPath, Power BI, and FSM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in construction or landscaping industry.
• 2-3 years of management experience in landscape/service industry.
• Qualified Applicator License preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to meet financial and safety targets.
• Lead staff, provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and address issues.
• Develop weekly and monthly labor plans and manage resources within forecasted hours/dollars.
• Procure supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate vendor deliveries.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management with audits and documented processes.
• Track KPIs and report performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration to support operational excellence.
• Manage projects to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Plan future staffing, equipment, and technology needs for growth.
