The GreenDrop Associate Manager role is critical to our success and ensures exceptional donor service across multiple sites. You will lead by example, coach teams, and uphold our core values of respect, integrity, and safety while advancing GreenDrop’s mission.

You will train managers in training and supervise 20–30 sites, coordinating with Area Managers on hiring, onboarding, and performance. Expect travel and a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory customer service role.
• Ability to lead and manage effective teams.
• Pass physical and background exams.
• Clean driving record.
• Willing to work flexible schedule.

Aufgaben

• Train and coach Associate Manager in Training and new staff on policies.
• Directly engage in the field with oversight of 20–30 sites.
• Oversee direct report functionality for Area Manager roles.
• Support Area Manager with applications, interviews and onboarding.
• Manage supplies, assets, and maintenance requests at each site.
• Ensure timely pickup requests are communicated.
• Interact with donors with good judgment and professionalism.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused culture aligned with GreenDrop.
• Travel between sites within geographic territory as needed.
• Complete daily and weekly supply needs reports.
