Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory customer service role leading 10+ team members.
• Ability to lead and manage effective teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead training for new and current team members on policies and procedures.
• Oversee 20–30 sites with regular field oversight.
• Manage hiring, coaching, and performance of direct reports.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and onboard staff.
• Ensure supplies, assets, and maintenance requests are handled.
• Maintain safe, customer-focused donor interactions.
