Job summary

The GreenDrop Associate Manager role is critical to our success, guiding donors and team members with integrity and care across multiple sites in CT. You will train and coach new staff, and ensure consistent performance and service standards throughout the network.

Travel between sites is required, including regular interaction with donors and logistics partners, while maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all customers.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory role managing 10+ team members.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Associate Manager in Training role and new hires across sites.
• Oversee 20–30 sites with direct oversight and people management duties.
• Assist Area Manager with hiring, onboarding, and talent development.
