Rentokil North America is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of specialists, drive service excellence, and manage day-to-day operations across the Denver area. You will collaborate with sales for business development and ensure client satisfaction through effective routing and scheduling.

The role requires 3–5 years in management with a customer-service emphasis, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service.
• Experience in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a route-oriented, service environment a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations of specialists to deliver superior customer service.
• Provide direction to staff across operations, service, and client care.
• Oversee basic financial performance: revenue growth and expense control.
• Travel within territory to visit clients, assist specialists, and collaborate with sales on business development.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including early mornings and some weekends.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as required.
