Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of specialists, driving service excellence and client retention across a designated territory. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and collaborate with sales to grow revenue while ensuring efficient routing and reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years in management with strong communication, and the ability to travel to client sites with a flexible schedule including occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service.
• Experience in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a route-oriented, service environment a plus.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required; valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists to provide superior service.
• Direct staff in all aspects of operations, service, and client care.
• Oversee basic financial performance including revenue growth and controlling expenses.
• Travel within the territory to meet clients and partner with sales for business development.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including early mornings and some weekends.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as required.
