Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of service specialists, drive revenue growth, and ensure high client satisfaction across a defined territory.

The role involves field visits, coordination with the sales team, and occasional early morning or weekend work to meet business needs. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred) in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years in a management role with emphasis on customer service.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and coach service professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a route-oriented, service environment is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses/certificates.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists to provide superior customer service.
• Provide direction to staff in operations, service, and client care.
• Oversee basic financial performance including revenue growth and expenses.
• Travel within territory to meet clients, support staff, and collaborate with sales for development.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends when needed.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as required.
