Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of specialists, drive client satisfaction, and support sales initiatives. This role involves daily travel across the territory, directing operations, and maintaining service quality.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in management with a focus on customer service, excellent communications skills, and the ability to obtain required licenses. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and coach service professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a route-oriented, service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists to provide superior service.
• Direct staff across operations, service, and client care.
• Manage basic financial performance including revenue and expenses.
• Travel daily within the territory to meet with clients and support sales.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends when needed.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports.
