Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service.
• Experience in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists to deliver superior customer service.
• Provide direction to staff in operations, service, and client care.
• Oversee basic financial performance including revenue growth and expense control.
• Travel within the territory to meet clients and support sales team.
• Work a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends when needed.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
