Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists to provide superior client service.
• Direct staff in operations, service, and client care.
• Oversee basic financial performance including revenue growth and expense control.
• Travel throughout territory visiting clients and collaborating with sales for business development.
• Maintain flexibility in schedule, including early mornings and weekends when needed.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
