Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Operations Manager to train, lead, and develop a team of specialists, driving sales, client loyalty, and service excellence across the territory.

Requirements include 3–5 years in a management role with emphasis on customer service, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and outstanding verbal and written communication; travel required, with benefits starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to train and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists with the goal of providing superior customer service.
• Offer direction to staff in all aspects of operations, service, and client care.
• Responsible for managing basic financial performance of the operations, including revenue growth and expense control.
• Daily travel throughout territory visiting with clients, assisting specialists, and partnering closely with the sales team on business development.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekend work when needed.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
