Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of service specialists, drive client satisfaction, and support sales goals. You will monitor routes, conduct audits, and manage daily operations across a territory.

The role requires 3-5 years in a management role focused on customer service, a Bachelor’s (preferred), excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license. Travel within the territory and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years in a management role focused on customer service.
• Experience training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a route-oriented service environment is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations of specialists to provide superior service to clients.
• Provide direction on operations, service, and client care.
• Manage basic financial performance, including revenue growth and expense control.
• Travel within territory visiting clients and supporting the sales team on business development.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends when needed.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
