National Federation of Independent Business is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow NFIB membership in local markets through in-field engagement with small business owners. This role emphasizes face-to-face sales, relationship-building, and a driven, commission-based earnings model.

You will be compensated with uncapped commissions and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. Training is provided, and a self-directed schedule supports field-focused performance.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial background or ownership/leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to cold-call and build rapport with small business owners.
• Willingness to learn and apply a structured sales model.
• Drive to grow NFIB’s membership and advocacy impact.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in-person to meet small business owners and enroll members.
• Master and deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation.
• Close the sale with an assumptive one-call close and process payments.
• Explain NFIB advocacy and protections in DC and state capitals.
