National Federation of Independent Business is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to expand NFIB membership in your local market. You’ll spend most of your time in the field meeting small business owners, delivering a concise membership pitch, and closing on the spot.

You’ll be supported by top-tier training, uncapped commissions, and full benefits in a role that rewards persistence, leadership, and a hunter mentality, with a focus on making a tangible impact in communities and policy

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: meet small business owners in-person in your market.
• Deliver NFIB’s five-minute sales presentation and close memberships.
• Process on-the-spot payments and enroll new members.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB rights in DC and state houses.
