This hunter/closer role emphasizes a proven sales process, independence in the field, and a strong earning potential with commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Face-to-face engagement with small business owners is essential.
• Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting.
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
