Job summary

MarketSource, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead Generator to engage consumers in high-traffic retail settings and pass qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up. You’ll spark conversations, demonstrate products, and connect potential customers with solutions that meet their needs.

In fast-paced environments with face-to-face interaction, you’ll be rewarded for your results as you educate shoppers, schedule in-home consultations, and capture customer insights in internal systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation.
• 2+ years of retail sales or lead generation experience.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage consumers in a friendly and confident way.
• Educate people on the benefits of products and services.
• Demonstrate products so customers can see the value firsthand.
• Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and fit.
