Job summary

MarketSource is on the frontlines of driving sales growth in high-traffic retail locations. As a Sales Lead Generator, you will engage directly with consumers, spark conversations, demonstrate products, and pass qualified leads to the sales team to close the deal.

You will educate customers on product benefits, capture key information in internal systems, and schedule free in-home consultations with the sales team, thriving in fast-paced environments and earning rewards for results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation.
• 2+ years of retail sales or lead generation experience.
• Experience with product demonstrations or direct sales.
• Experience with cold selling (Door-to-door, B2B).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using mobile web-based tools and systems.
