Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations for troubleshooting and installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system problems.
• Deploy PCs, printers, and communication systems; image computers for rollout.
• Follow IT security policies and report issues to management.
• Document all service calls using the Help Desk.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with policies.
• Report progress and issues to supervisor; adhere to regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
