Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Field Support Technician to deliver first- and second-level IT support across local and remote environments. The role requires hardware/software troubleshooting, active ticketing, and proactive communication to maintain SLAs across shifts.
Responsibilities include imaging/staging desktops and laptops, assisting with IMACs, and providing on-site or in-house servicing of devices, networks, and mobile components. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 18+ months of hands-on desktop support or IT help desk experience.
- Experience in Windows-based environments (Windows 10/11).
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification; MCP/M365 certifications are a plus.

- Provide first- and second-level IT support across local and remote environments.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals; document incidents in the ticketing system.
- Travel to various sites as required and maintain SLAs across shifts.
