Job summary

KARM Stores is seeking a dedicated IT support team member to travel between locations resolving hardware issues, installing services, and supporting mobile devices. You will respond to tickets promptly, collaborate with management, and maintain devices and internet services across locations.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, have strong English communication, and can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Some evenings and Saturdays may be required.

• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Friendly, service-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
• Ensure computers, printers and hardware are functioning across locations.
• Support mobile/IOS devices and install internet/tech services as needed.
• Travel daily in a company vehicle to client locations to address IT issues.
• Assist management with troubleshooting and emergency IT needs.
