Job summary

Atos is seeking a Field Technician to deliver on-site support, installation, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems at customer locations. You will be the primary contact for end users, ensuring timely resolution and high service quality.

You will travel to sites, perform break-fix deployments, manage asset records, and maintain clear documentation of incidents and resolutions while following security policies and ITIL practices where applicable.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent IT experience.
2+ years in desktop support, field services, or technical support.
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks.
Familiarity with AD, device management tools, and ticketing systems.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support for network, server and peripherals.
Install, configure, upgrade, and replace equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
Travel to customer sites for break-fix services and deployments.
Maintain accurate asset records and manage device deployment and disposal.
Escalate issues and document resolutions; follow through on tickets.
Follow IT processes, security policies, and compliance requirements.
